     William Watson Smith was born on 22 December 1885 at Pine Run, Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Lila Anna Smith. William Watson Smith married, at age 21, Lulu Elsie Wurster, age 19, daughter of Solomon Wurster and Rebecca Kiess, on Tuesday, 24 September 1907.1 William Watson Smith died on 15 June 1968 at Danville Hospital, Danville, Mahoning Township, Montour County, Pennsylvania, at age 82 years, 5 months and 24 days. He was buried in the Woodward Township Cemetery, located in Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
