     Alexander Nimick was born on 2 February 1820.1 He first married Mary Jane Frew circa 1847. Alexander Nimick married, at age 37, Henrietta Howard, age 22, daughter of William Jordan Howard and Lydia Updegraff, in June 1857.1 Alexander Nimick died on 20 December 1898 at age 78 years, 10 months and 18 days.1
