Angeline Ann Winner was born on 27 October 1850 at Loyalsock Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Enoch Winner and Mary Winner Collins. Angeline Ann Winner married Samuel S. Kiess, son of Emanuel Kiess and Charlotte Sigmund, circa 1873.2
