     Donald Hart Ulmer was born on 4 June 1918 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Harry Edward Ulmer and Sarah Alice Hart. Donald Hart Ulmer married, at age 23, Helen Howery, age 21, daughter of Paul C. Howery and Martha Paugh, in May 1942.2 Donald Hart Ulmer died on 4 June 1996 at Palm Desert, Riverside County, California, at age 78 years.1
     He was employed by American Can and Dixie Cup Company.
