Waltz died on 27 March 1996 at Leader Nursing Home, Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 88 years and 12 days.1 He was buried on 29 March 1996 in the Montoursville Cemetery, located in Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
