     Eliza J. Waltz was born in June 1869 at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Samuel F. Waltz and Catherine Kehrer. Eliza J. Waltz married William A. Ulmer, son of Abraham Ulmer and Maria Kehrer, circa 1899.1 Eliza J. Waltz died in 1935 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 65 years. She was buried in the Anthony Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
