Charles William Frey was born on 22 July 1917 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,2,3 He was the son of William Edward Frey and Stella Jean Sweeley.1,3 Charles William Frey married, at age 29, Virginia M. Whitman on Thursday, 21 November 1946.1 Charles William Frey died on 11 May 1997 at Lycoming Creek, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 79 years, 9 months and 19 days.2,1,3 He was buried on 14 May 1997 in the Saint Michael's Lutheran Church Cemetery, located in Quiggleville, Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
He was the retired owner of the Knittle and Frey Feed Mill. He was also an active member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, where he served as a lay leader, Sunday School teacher, choir member and chairman of the Administrative Board for many years. He was a member of the Lycoming County 4-H Redevelopment Board and enjoyed woodworking.1 According to the Social Security Administrations Death Index Charles's last known residence was Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
