William Edward Frey was born on 18 April 1878 at Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Reuben Fry and Esther Aderhold. William Edward Frey married Stella Jean Sweeley, daughter of Franklin Peter Sweeley and Ellen E. Gheen, circa 1902.1 William Edward Frey died on 16 May 1960 at age 82 years and 28 days.2 He was buried on 19 May 1960 in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
