Anna Mazie Plotts was born in 1885.1 She was the daughter of G. H. Plotts and Margaret [—?—].1 Anna Mazie Plotts married Joseph Alva Updegraff, age 20, son of David Updegraff and Harriet R. Harris, on Wednesday, 3 June 1908 at Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend W. C. Dunlap.1 Anna Mazie Plotts died in 1918 at age 33 years.1
She and Joseph Alva Updegraff were killed in an automobile accident in 1918. A Petition for Guardian by a minor under fourteen in Orphan's Court, Lycoming County, PA - Book #30, page 11 - made on 30 December 1918 for Paul A., Elwood and Margaret, by their Uncle C. Owen Fry.1
