Updegraff died on 7 May 1993 at Sycamore Manor, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 96 years, 1 month and 14 days.2 He was buried on 11 May 1993 in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
