     Pearl Corinne Updegraff was born on 23 January 1878 at Connersville, Fayette County, Indiana.1 She was the daughter of John F. Updegraff and Luella Rawls. Pearl Corinne Updegraff married, at age 22, Frederick Wells, son of John Wells and Sarah Ellsworth, on Tuesday, 30 January 1900.1 Pearl Corinne Updegraff died on 2 September 1960 at age 82 years, 7 months and 10 days.1 She was buried in the Cedar Lawn Cemetery, located in Patterson, New Jersey.1
