Maynard Fisher was born on 28 February 1889 at Cogan Station, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Peter Daniel Fischer and Emma J. Myers. Maynard Fisher married Elsie Jeanetta Greenaway, daughter of John T. Greenaway and Anna E. Baumgartner, circa 1918.1 Maynard Fisher died on 31 July 1952 at age 63 years, 5 months and 3 days.1
