John Campbell was born at Ireland.1 He married Elizbeth Stauts, age 17 on Saturday, 4 March 1786. After their marriage they moved to a farm near Milton, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.1 John Campbell died on 19 December 1810 at Milton, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.1
He emigrated circa 1775 from Ireland. He settled somewhere near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.1 He and Elizbeth Stauts were consistent members of the Presbyterian faith, and died respected.1
