     Sarah Elizabeth Horn was born in April 1855 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of George Horn and Lydia Kulp.1 Sarah Elizabeth Horn married Gottlieb Waltz, son of David Waltz and Maria Ulmer, circa 1870. Sarah Elizabeth Horn married, at age 25, George Treon Bower, age 29, son of Jabez Hunter Bower and Lydia Ann Wilson, on Thursday, 6 January 1881.1 Sarah Elizabeth Horn died in 1916 at age 60 years. She was buried in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
     She appeared on the census of 1870 in the household of George Horn and Lydia Kulp at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
