Rebecca Schell was born on 31 July 1942 at Seattle, King County, Washington.3,4 She was the daughter of Robert Schell and Margaret Hoehle.3 Rebecca Schell married Frederick E. Jackson, son of Donald H. Jackson and Gladys M. Murray, in 1964.1,2,3 Rebecca Schell died on 12 August 2007 at Lourdes Hospital, Binghamton, Broome County, New York, at age 65 years and 12 days.3,4 She was buried on 18 August 2007 in the Riverside Cemetery, located in Apalachin, Tioga County, New York. The funeral service was officiated by Reverend Mary Jean Simmons.3

Rebecca S. Jackson, 65, of Apalachin, passed away on Sunday morning, August 12, at Lourdes Hospital after an extended illness.

She was raised in Allentown, Pa., and graduated from Louis E. Dieruff High School.
She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Margaret Schell, Allentown, Pa; and her two children, Frederick E. Jackson, Jr. and Phyllis A. Jackson, both of Apalachin.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Frederick E. Jackson, Apalachin; two sisters, Roberta D. Schell, Allentown, Pa., and Karen A. Romberger, New Tripoli, Pa; three aunts, Dorothy Gilmore, Allentown, Pa., Polly Hoehle, Vestavia Hills, Ala., Janet Schell, Channahon, Ill; and one uncle, Clarence Hoehle, Lafayette Hill, Pa.
Mrs. Jackson was an active member of the Apalachin United Methodist Church.
Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 18, at the Riverside Cemetery, Apalachin. A memorial service will be held following the burial at 11:00 a.m. at the Apalachin United Methodist Church, Pennsylvania Avenue, Apalachin, with the Rev. Mary Jean Simmons officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Memorial Fund of the Apalachin United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 355, Apalachin, N.Y. 13732.3 According to the Social Security Administrations Death Index Rebecca's last known residence was Apalachin, Tioga County, New York.4
