Gottlieb Kaiser died on 5 January 1872 at Mifflin Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 65 years, 11 months and 30 days. He was buried in the Salladasburg Cemetery, located in Salladasburg, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
