She was a member of East End Baptist Church, did visitations to several nursing homes in the area, collected angels and enjoyed working crossword and jigsaw puzzles, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Lynn M. Hare, Montoursville and Lori A. Smith, Lawton, MI; a sister, Wendy Pysher Myers, State College; 3 brothers James M. Lape, Jersey Shore, Jake Pysher, Williamsport and Fred Pysher, Bradford; 1 granddaughter, Shannon M. Hare, Montoursville; 3 grandsons, Eric and Matthew Smith, Lawton, MI and Christopher Hare, Mansfield. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert E. Pysher in 1996 and a sister, Mary Lape Metzger in 2000.
Graveside services were held at the convenience of the family at Twin Hills Memorial Park with her Pastor, Dan Leet, officiating. In her memory, contributions to East End Baptist Church, 801 Washington Blvd., the American Cancer Society, 1948 East Third Street or the Alzheimer's Association of NE PA, 71 North Franklin Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701.
