William E. Aderhold was born on 22 December 1929 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Truman R. Aderhold and Florence O. Harman.1 William E. Aderhold married, at age 24, Martha C. Pena, age 19, daughter of Leopoldo S. Pena and Maria Cuevas, on Saturday, 20 November 1954.1 William E. Aderhold died on 22 June 2011 at Sycamore Manor, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 81 years and 6 months.1 He was buried on 25 June 2011 in the Stoltz Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
Martha C. Aderhold, 71, of 798 W. Edwin St., died at home on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2006.
Born on Dec. 30, 1934 in San Antonio, Texas, she was a daughter of Leopoldo S. and Maria Cuevas Pena.
Martha was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church.
She had been employed at the former Lycoming Braid and retired from Donut Deli.
Her greatest joy was her grandchildren.
She and her husband, William E. Aderhold, celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary Nov. 20.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are five children, Carol A. (Charles) Sholder of Williamsport, William Dennis (Kay) Aderhold of Jersey Shore, David T. Aderhold of Williamsport, Ronald S. Aderhold of Flagger Beach Fla. and Wayne F. Aderhold of Williamsport; six grandchildren, Chris Sholder, Carrie Aderhold, William Dennis Aderhold Jr., Erica Savini, David T. Aderhold Jr. and Ezekiel Aderhold; one great grandchild, Zhane Hamilton; one sister, Mary H. Heim of South Williamsport; and two brothers, Leopoldo C. Pena of Cogan Station and Frank C. Pena of Williamsport.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Shane Sholder.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, 9 a.m. at the church, 326 Washington Blvd., with the Rev. Michael Zipay officiating.
Friends may call at the Crouse Funeral Home, 133 E. Third St., Williamsport, from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Interment in Stoltz Cemetery, Hepburn Twp.

Frank C. Pena, 65, a resident of Williamsport, died Sunday, Jan. 29, 2006, at home.
Born June 3, 1940 in San Antonio, Texas, a son of Leopoldo S. and Maria Cuevas Pena.
Frank retired from Trintex.
He was an avid sports fan enjoying baseball, basketball and football, especially the Yankees and all Millionaire sports.
He was active for many years in the Susquehanna Health System Foundation fashion show for the benefit of the dialysis unit.
Frank served in the US Marine Corps and US Army.
He is survived by his wife, the former Leona S. Young; a stepson, Joseph E. Walter; a stepdaughter, Brandy L. Walter; four step grandchildren, Gabriel, Aubrianna, Kane and Victoria; a sister, Mary H. Heim of South Williamsport; a brother, Leo C. (Alice) Pena of Cogan Station; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and his faithful companion, Chuey.
His sister, Martha C. Aderhold, died Jan. 25, 2006.
Funeral services will be held 6:30 p.m. Thursday evening at the Crouse Funeral Home, 133 E. Third St., with the Rev. Michael Zipay, assistant pastor of St. Boniface Catholic Church, officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Susquehanna Health System Foundation for the benefit of the Dialysis Unit, 1001 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701. Bill was born in Williamsport on Dec. 22, 1929, a son of Truman and Florence (Harman) Aderhold.
He was a graduate of Williamsport High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Bill served as a firefighter for the city of Williamsport from 1963 until 1983 and was a member of Williamsport Firefighters local 736. In addition to being a firefighter he also was a talented carpenter.
Bill was an avid fan of Penn State football, the Philadelphia Eagles and all Williamsport Millionaire sports.
He was a wonderful father and grandfather and was known to always have a smile for everyone he met.
Bill's wife of 51 years, the former Martha C. Pena, died Jan. 25, 2006.
Surviving are a daughter, Carol A. Sholder of South Williamsport; four sons, William (Kay) Aderhold of Jersey Shore, David T. Aderhold of Williamsport, Ronald S. Aderhold of Fla., Wayne F. Aderhold of Harrisburg; seven grandchildren, Chris Sholder, Carrie Aderhold, William Aderhold Jr., Erica Savini, David T. Aderhold Jr., Ezekiel Aderhold, Dravon Aderhold; four great-grandchildren, Zhane Hamilton, Isabella Sholder, Maria and Dominick Savini; three brothers, Jarvis of Cogan Station, Thomas of Moosic, Wayne of Hughesville; three sisters, Pauline West of Mich., Ruth Aderhold of Montoursville and Shirley Sechrist of Williamsport; a special sister-in-law, Maria Heim; and special brother-in-law, Leo Pena.
A grandson, Shane Sholder and six sisters preceded him in death.
