     Hans Jakob Koch was born on 25 July 1725 at Unteraichen, Oberamt Stuttgart, Neckarkreis, Württemberg.1 He was the son of Hans Michael Koch and Anna Katharine Heberich.1 Hans Jakob Koch married, at age 25, Maria Katharina Stäbler, age 21, daughter of Michael Stäbler and Anna Agate Gunther, on Tuesday, 13 October 1750 at Musberg, Oberamt Stuttgart, Neckarkreis, Württemberg.1 Hans Jakob Koch died on 4 November 1783 at Oberaichen, Oberamt Stuttgart, Neckarkreis, Württemberg, at age 58 years, 3 months and 10 days.1
