Margaret Castlebury Bennett was born on 28 March 1923 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.4 She was the daughter of Ward Lorenzo Bennett and Verna Viola Sholder.3,4,1 Margaret Castlebury Bennett first married, at age 21, James Edward Bubb, son of Francis Uzell Bubb and Beatrice Kathryn Reidy, on Thursday, 20 July 1944 at Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Daniel P. Sherrer.1 Margaret Castlebury Bennett married a second time David W. Wurster, son of David Elmer Wurster and Elsie Bickle, circa 1960. Margaret Castlebury Bennett died on 10 March 2012 at Pleasant Valley Manor, Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, at age 88 years, 11 months and 11 days.4 She was buried on 13 March 2012 in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was performed by William N. Hague.4

Surviving are her sons, Ernest E. (Mary V.) Bubb, of Fairfax, Va., and Frederic W. Wurster, of Flemington, N.J; a daughter, Rebecca J. Zorich, of Flemington, N.J; a brother, Ward Robert (Jean) Bennett, of Montoursville; a sister, Shirley B. (Paul) Welty, of Williamsport; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Knight-Confer's, 1914 Memorial Ave., with William N. Hague, C.L.P. officiating. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
