Velma Spencer was born on 5 October 1906. She married Carl Eugene VanBibber, son of Thomas Jefferson VanBibber and Lucy Ollie Hall, circa 1932. Velma Spencer died on 26 June 2000 at Rolla, Phelps County, Missouri, at age 93 years, 8 months and 21 days. She was buried in the Macedonia Cemetery, located in Pittsburg, Camp County, Texas.
