     Louis Eugene VanBibber was born on 6 July 1924 at Westville, Adair County, Oklahoma. He was the son of Albert VanBibber and Hattie Walker. Louis Eugene VanBibber married Minnie Effie Glynnis Patton circa 1942. Louis Eugene VanBibber died on 30 November 1992 at Dallas, Polk County, Oregon, at age 68 years, 4 months and 24 days.

Winchester Bay - Funeral services for Louis Eugene Van Bibber, 68, of Winchester Bay, have not been set at the present time.

Arrangements are under the direction of Bollman Funeral Home in Dallas.

He was born July 6, 1924, at Westville, Oklahoma, to Burt and Hattie Walker Van Bibber, and died Monday, 30 November 1992, Dallas, Oregon.

He lived on the Oregon coast for 47 years and for the last several years at Scottsburg and Winchester. He had been a logger, yard engineer and night watchman for Weyerhaeuser. He enjoyed fishing and traveling.

Mr. Van Bibber is survived by sons, James Van Bibber of Fruita, California, Dale Van Bibber, Dallas, Oregon and David Van Bibber of Salem, Oregon. Daughters Glenda Hassett and Judy Blondell, both of Reedsport, Oregon, and three sisters and two brothers. Thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
