James Henry VanBebber

     James Henry VanBebber was born on 3 March 1838 at Tennessee. He was the son of Jacob VanBebber and Catherine Ann Guthrie. James Henry VanBebber married Ruth Ann Hooker, daughter of Jeremiah Hooker and Mary Brookshire, circa 1864. James Henry VanBebber died on 9 June 1912 at age 74 years, 3 months and 6 days. He was buried in the Elm Cemetery, located in Delaware County, Oklahoma.
     He was in military service with the Union Army during the Civil War. He and Ruth Ann Hooker appeared on the census of 30 April 1910 at Adair Township, Mayes County, Oklahoma.
