     Troy Lee VanBebber was born on 8 May 1926 at Harlan, Harlan County, Kentucky.1 He was the son of William Lonnie VanBebber and Myrtle Seals.1 Troy Lee VanBebber first married Ethel Swanson circa 1949.1 Troy Lee VanBebber married a second time, at age 34, Ella Ruth Damewood, age 28 on Tuesday, 24 May 1960 at Tazewell, Claiborne County, Tennessee.1 Troy Lee VanBebber died in July 1983 at Maynardville, Union County, Tennessee, at age 57 years and 1 month.1
