     Jane Lucille Foresman was born on 1 February 1903 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of George Pendleton Foresman and Harriet Bricker. Jane Lucille Foresman married, at age 22, George Duncan Jr., age 23, son of George Duncan and Clara Ottey, on Friday, 28 August 1925 at Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland.1
     Jane Lucille Foresman Jane received a degree in Osteopathy from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathy.
