     Peggy Lou Ludwig was born on 3 October 1928 at Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Herman Elwood Ludwig and Ethel Harriet Aderhold. Peggy Lou Ludwig married, at age 18, Donald J. Ressler, son of John Ressler and Carrie Waltz, on Saturday, 20 September 1947. Peggy Lou Ludwig died on 2 May 1999 at Orefield, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, at age 70 years, 6 months and 29 days.1
     She was graduated in 1946 at Hepburnville High School, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
