Judith Anne Kiess

     Judith Anne Kiess was born on 21 July 1940 at Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. She was the daughter of Thomas Wesley Kiess and Clelas F. Conley. Judith Anne Kiess first married, at age 18, Ralph Bennett on Friday, 26 June 1959 at Lane County, Oregon. Judith Anne Kiess married a second time, at age 40, Charles McGlinchey on Saturday, 27 December 1980 at Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. Judith Anne Kiess died on 10 May 2011 at Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, at age 70 years, 9 months and 19 days.
     Her obituary was published sometime in May 2011 in the local paper, printed in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. Her obituary stated:

     Judith "Judy" Anne McGlinchey A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 14, at West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene for Judy McGlinchey of Eugene, who died May 10 of cancer.

     She was 70. She was born July 21, 1940, in Eugene to Thomas and Clelas Conley Kiess.

     She married Charles McGlinchey on Dec. 27, 1980, in Eugene.

     She graduated from South Eugene High School and attended the University of Oregon. She held an associate of arts degree in nursing from Lane Community College. She worked as a licensed practical nurse for 40 years at Sacred Heart Hospital and for Dr. Cliff Baker and Dr. Sidney Cassell.

     Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Karen Coury of Coburg, Kathy McDonald of Eugene and Connie Roberts of South Jordan, Utah; a stepson, Kevin McGlinchey of Littleton, Colo; a stepdaughter, Lisa Yriarte of Eugene; a sister, Joanne Carr of Enosburg Falls, Vt; and 11 grandchildren.

     Inturnment will be at West Lawn Memorial Park. Remembrances to Sacred Heart Hospice.
