     Raymond Preston Ulmer was born on 7 April 1903 at Mifflin Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Harry N. Ulmer and Mary Catherine Ulmer.1 Raymond Preston Ulmer married, at age 30, Dorothy Marie Allers, age 25 on Wednesday, 12 July 1933 at Saint Peter's Lutheran Church, Brooklyn, Kings County, New York, by the Reverend J. George Blasesi.1 Raymond Preston Ulmer died on 17 November 1992 at age 89 years, 7 months and 10 days.1 He was buried in the Laureldale Cemetery, located in Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania.1
