     Elmer Spotts was born on 19 August 1892 at Balls Mills, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,2 He was the son of Peter Spotts and Sarah Mary Ulmer. Elmer Spotts married Ruth Slear circa 1915. Elmer Spotts died in August 1983 at age 90 years and 11 months.2
