     Jacob Frederich Lutscher was born on 19 September 1768 at Degerloch, Oberamt Stuttgart, Neckarkreis, Württemberg. He was the son of Ludwig Lutscher and Christina Katherine Kaiser. Jacob Frederich Lutscher married, at age 25, Katharina Barbara Reiser, age 22, daughter of Gottfried Reiser and Maria Katharina Kies, on Tuesday, 8 July 1794 at Degerloch, Oberamt Stuttgart, Neckarkreis, Württemberg.1 Jacob Frederich Lutscher died on 29 January 1836 at Degerloch, Oberamt Stuttgart, Neckarkreis, Württemberg, at age 67 years, 4 months and 10 days.
