Lee S. Craig was born in December 1884. He was the son of Nathan Boone Craig and Frances Elizabeth Milburn. Lee S. Craig married, at age 23, Sadie A. Jobe, age 27 on Wednesday, 26 February 1908. Lee S. Craig died on 6 July 1919 at Hanover, Jo Daviess County, Illinois, at age 34 years and 7 months. He was buried in the Evergreen Cemetery, located in Hanover, Jo Daviess County, Illinois.

CRAIG, Lee S. was born in 1884 and was the son of Nathan B. and Francis Elizabeth Craig. He served in the Spanish-American War as a private with Company M of the Sixth Illinois Infantry Volunteers. Lee married Sadie Jobe on February 26, 1908 and one daughter, Jessie Hildebrand, was born to this union. Lee died July 6, 1919 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery.
He appeared on the census of 1900 in the household of Nathan Boone Craig and Frances Elizabeth Milburn at Hanover Township, Jo Daviess County, Illinois.
