William Wesley Keenan was born in January 1849 at Virginia.1 He was the son of James Marshall Keenan and Martha Grose.1 William Wesley Keenan married, at age 17, Elizabeth Ann Keenan, age 21, daughter of Robert Keenan and Olive Boone VanBibber, on Thursday, 5 July 1866.1 William Wesley Keenan died on 17 June 1916 at Nicholas County, West Virginia, at age 67 years and 5 months.2,1 He was buried in the Keenan Cemetery, located in Nicholas County, West Virginia.2
