JOINES, HAROLD DEAN "HOT DOG" - age 69 of Alcoa went to be with the Lord on Saturday December 3, 2011 at UT Medical Center. He was a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents Bryce and Myrtle Joines; brother Kenneth Joines; father-in-law Harold Brittain and nephew, Steven Joines. Survivors include; wife of 42 years Linda Joines; son and daughter-in-law David and Sally Joines; daughter Deann Joines and fiance Chris Kennedy; grandchildren Kelli, Katie Beth, Allison, and Jackson Joines; brother Glenn and wife Pat Joines; mother-in-law Vera Brittain; nephew Lance Joines; nieces Scarlett Foster and Gay Myers; great nephew Gabriel Myers; great niece Calei Myers; aunt Betty Rogers. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and interment at 11:00 am on Tuesday December 6, 2011 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens with Rev. Keith Johnson and Rev. David Anderson officiating.
