     Forrest Tanner King was born on 5 October 1878 at Greenup County, Kentucky. He was the son of John Thomas King and Lydia Ann Tanner. Forrest Tanner King married Lillian M. Fullerton circa 1905. Forrest Tanner King died on 20 June 1969 at South Shore, Greenup County, Kentucky, at age 90 years, 8 months and 15 days.
     He became a widower at the age of 82 with the death of Lillian on 15 August 1961.
