Charles Wesley Fleming was born on 17 December 1905 at Palo Pinto County, Texas. He married Veda Mae Huffaker, daughter of William Mitchell Huffaker and Ada Ethyl Pittmman, circa 1928. Charles Wesley Fleming died in December 1991 at Wickes, Polk County, Arkansas, at age 85 years and 11 months.
