Rosina Mutschler was born on 26 January 1826 at Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Mathäus Mutschler and Margaretha Heid. Rosina Mutschler married, at age 20, Gottlob Neff, age 27, son of Michael Neff and Eva Rosina Dauler, on Thursday, 26 February 1846 at Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Rosina Mutschler died in 1906 at Tully Township, Marion County, Ohio, at age 79 years.
