     Bertha Clementine Richardson was born on 9 February 1903 at Tennessee.1 She was the daughter of Joseph Monroe Richardson and Leila B. Yoakum.1 Bertha Clementine Richardson first married Blain Goin, son of Garfield Goins and Celia Melvina Houston, circa 1926.1 Bertha Clementine Richardson married a second time Archie C. Cline circa 1935.1 Bertha Clementine Richardson died in June 1987 at Tazewell, Claiborne County, Tennessee, at age 84 years and 3 months.1
     She was widowed at age 27 by the death of Blain on 23 August 1930.1
