Ken left Albany in 1972 and settled in Ariz. He worked in various aspects of the car business all of his life. Ken proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He spent many happy times at Lake George, Boothbay Harbor and his beloved Prescott; but his favorite place was Disneyland, where he joyfully spent his last Christmas.
Ken leaves behind many friends from The Milne School in Albany and enjoyed getting reacquainted at reunions.
He is survived by his wife, Polly; brother, Lew Jarrett (Suzie) Globe, Ariz; his children, DJ Barcellos (Richard) Los Banos, Calif; Kenn Jarrett III (Kelly) Queen Creek, Ariz; Doreen Nichols (Len) Petersburg, N.Y., Ginni Ryan (Steve) Chandler, Ariz; extended family, Beau Ellingson (Kay) Prescott Valley, Ariz; Beth Ellingson, Chicago, Ill; nine grandchildren: Lenny Jr., Leslie, Michael, Carlee, Kassandra, Katrina, Skylar, Jake and Mark; great-granddaughter, Kyleigh and his beloved Goldie, Emily.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, John Jarrett; and two granddaughters, Mackenzie and Stephanie. The family gratefully suggests donations be made in Ken's name at any animal rescue shelter of your choice. Arrangements by Bueler Mortuary.2
