Sarah Barner was born on 3 July 1834. She was the daughter of Henry Barner and Catherine Kern. Sarah Barner married George Frank circa 1853. Sarah Barner married David Miller Jr., son of David Miller and Barbara Stover, in 1868.1 Sarah Barner died in 1929 at age 94 years. She was buried in the Eastville Cemetery, located in Eastville, Greene Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
Sarah Barner was also known as Sallie. She and David Miller Jr. appeared on the census of 10 June 1880 at Greene Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. Sarah Barner appeared on the census of 25 April 1910 in the household of William Alunzo Cashner and Ada Theressa Miller at Greene Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
