     Frank E. Sweeley was born on 1 November 1893 at North Bend, Chapman Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.1,2 He was the son of Franklin Peter Sweeley and Ellen E. Gheen.2 Frank E. Sweeley married Isabelle [—?—] circa 1920.2 Frank E. Sweeley died in November 1971 at age 78 years.1,2

Sweeley appeared on the census of 2 May 1910 in the household of Franklin Peter Sweeley and Ellen E. Gheen at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
