Emma Jane Schuch was born in 1867. She was the daughter of Jacob Schuch and Regina Stoltz. Emma Jane Schuch married Charles B. Bastian, age 22, son of John C. Bastian and Catherine Moore, on Sunday, 16 September 1883. Emma Jane Schuch died in 1944 at age 77 years. She was buried in the Salladasburg Cemetery, located in Salladasburg, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
