     Robert H. Klinger was born on 28 May 1921 at Pennsylvania.1 He married Mildred VanBebber, daughter of Lelan Payne VanBebber and Lena Ethel Spencer, circa 1948.1 Robert H. Klinger died on 29 April 1988 at Glenndale Heights, DuPage County, Illinois, at age 66 years, 11 months and 1 day.1
     He became a widower at the age of 58 with the death of Mildred on 24 March 1980.1
