Nancy Jane Rogers was born on 21 June 1888 at Union County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of David F. Rogers and Sarah Ann Green. Nancy Jane Rogers married, at age 21, Governor Attoway Rogers, age 23 on Sunday, 1 May 1910 at Claiborne County, Tennessee.1 Nancy Jane Rogers died in July 1981 at Alcoa, Blount County, Tennessee, at age 93 years.
