     Floyd Howard Bartlett was born on 27 February 1899 at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 He was the son of Eli C. Bartlett and Caroline Sholder. Floyd Howard Bartlett married Eva V. Payne, daughter of Harry James Payne and Margaret Sholder, circa 1920.1 Floyd Howard Bartlett died in May 1975 at age 76 years and 2 months.2 He was buried in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
     He appeared on the census of 7 June 1900 in the household of Charles Emanuel Sholder and Mary Anna Kinley at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Floyd Howard Bartlett appeared on the census of 20 April 1910 in the household of Eli C. Bartlett and Caroline Sholder at Williamsport, 7th Ward, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Floyd Howard Bartlett and Eva V. Payne were first cousins as well as husband and wife.

     Franklin H. Bartlett's obituary on 12 July 2003 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, stated that Floyd Howard Bartlett was his brother and preceeded him in death.3

     Clarence P. Bartlett's obituary on 14 August 2004 Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, stated that Floyd Howard Bartlett was his brother and preceeded him in death.4
