Iva Mae Jump was born on 1 December 1885 at Missouri City, Fort Bend County, Texas.1 She was the daughter of John Jump and Sarah Jane Zumwalt.1 Iva Mae Jump first married, at age 18, John Joseph Searls, age 21 on Sunday, 10 January 1904 at Polk County, Missouri.1 Iva Mae Jump married a second time Easley E. Farmer circa 1918. Iva Mae Jump died on 23 January 1977 at Polk County, Missouri, at age 91 years, 1 month and 22 days.1
