Charles William Sholder was born on 12 November 1888.5 He was the son of Daniel Sholder and Caroline Berry.1 Charles William Sholder married, at age 21, Ida Amelia Lorson, age 20, daughter of Johannes Nicholas Lorson and Mary Margaret Engel, on Thursday, 11 August 1910.6,2,4 Charles William Sholder died on 20 March 1975 at Lysock View Nursing Home, Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 86 years, 4 months and 8 days.7,5 He was buried in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
He appeared on the census of 14 June 1900 in the household of Daniel Sholder and Caroline Berry at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Charles William Sholder appeared on the census of 18 April 1910 in the household of Daniel Sholder and Caroline Berry at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Charles William Sholder was a weaver in 1915. He and Ida Amelia Lorson appeared on the census of 9 January 1920 at Williamsport, 7th Ward, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He used to tend bar at grinbergs, on Franklyn street in Williamsport, PA and when he was younger he also taught boxing. Charles William Sholder and Ida Amelia Lorson appeared on the census of 26 April 1930 at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. According to the Social Security Administrations Death Index Charles's last known residence was Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.5
