John Thompson Robb1

John Thompson Robb was born on 13 November 1856 at Muncy Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Nathaniel Robb and Elizabeth Thompson.1 John Thompson Robb first married Clara Belle Crow, daughter of Francis R. Crow and Isabelle [—?—], in 1885.1 John Thompson Robb married a second time Laura Dean Crow, daughter of Francis R. Crow and Isabelle [—?—], between 1910 and 1920.1 John Thompson Robb died on 31 October 1930 at Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas, at age 73 years, 11 months and 18 days.1
John Thompson Robb married Clara Crow and from this marriage they had Arhter Francis, their son. John and Clara owned a large home and a very large car. To turn the car around, John installed a turntable in the garage to point the car towards the street.
Upon a return from shopping one day, Johan and Clara got out of their car. John selected the button to turn the car around. Clara was bumped. She fell and hit her head. She died from her injuries.
John subsequently married Clara's sister, Laura.1 He appeared on the census of 21 April 1930 in the household of Arthur Francis Robb and Sarah A. Baxter at Topeka, 5th Ward, Shawnee County, Kansas.
