Kenneth L. Robb was born on 27 May 1947 at Wakarusa, Shawnee County, Kansas.1 He was the son of Dwight S. Robb and Jessie Ungerman.1 Kenneth L. Robb married, at age 26, Nora E. Simon on Monday, 24 December 1973 at Clinton, Douglas County, Kansas.1 Kenneth L. Robb died on 5 February 2003 at Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas, at age 55 years, 8 months and 9 days.1
His obituary was published sometime in February 2003 in the local paper, printed in Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas. His obituary stated:
CARBONDALE --- Kenneth L. Robb, 55, Carbondale, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2003, at a Kansas City, Kan., hospital.
Mr. Robb raised livestock in the Wakarusa and Carbondale areas and he had worked in sale barns in Wakarusa, Overbrook, Lawrence and St. Marys. He also served in the Army Reserves in Osage City.
He was born May 27, 1947, on a farm near Wakarusa, to Dwight D. and Jessie Robb.
He married Nora E. Simon on Dec. 24, 1973, in Clinton. She survives.
Other survivors include a brother, Vernon Robb, Wakarusa; and a sister, Bonnie Bond, Overbrook.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel in Topeka. Burial will be in Shawnee Center Cemetery in Wakarusa. Mr. Robb will lie in state from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where visitation will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
