Esther Caroline McCormick first married Sidney Dale Furst Jr., son of Sidney Dale Furst and Aida Dunn, in 1933. Esther Caroline McCormick married a second time, at age 38, James Edward O'Brien, age 35, son of Edward O'Brien and Mary Rose Sullivan, on Saturday, 8 October 1949 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Esther Caroline McCormick died on 4 June 1991 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 80 years and 29 days.
