     Frank C. Pars Jr. was born on 21 January 1906.2 He was the son of Frank C. Pars and Mary Barbara Wurster. Frank C. Pars Jr. married, at age 32, Mary E. Young, age 28, daughter of Jacob O. Young and Rosanna Metzger, on Friday, 25 November 1938 at Wallbrook Memorial Church, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Maryland, by the Reverend Carl E. Young.1 Frank C.
